Calling all witches, wizards, and Muggles! Your Hogwarts Express is departing Saturday, September 5th, from 10 AM–5 PM for a magical day throughout Downtown Casper!

Grab your Hogwarts Express Passport at Diagon Alley (Bookin’ It) or Knockturn Alley (The Dreadful Bookshop) and set off on a wizarding adventure through participating downtown businesses!

From 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, visit participating cafés—including Bookin' It—to meet local artists, watch them create, learn about their process, and shop one-of-a-kind artwork. Each month features a rotating lineup of artists, making every Coffee & Art Walk a unique experience.

About Teri Heidemeyer

Teri Heidemeyer is a local artist who considers herself an illustrator who just happens to paint (on canvas, murals, windows, theatre sets), make puppets/soft sculptures, and dabbles in ceramics. She takes inspiration from animals, quirky humans, and the overall whimsy of life. Known for her pet portraits, her day job is painting for the pet supply company Chewy. She can often be found in the garden or curled up with a book.

We’re partnering with WyoUnited to host an in-person book club at the shop! We’ll also be streaming over Zoom if you’d like to join remotely!

Sacred Sip Cafes—gatherings where people can come together in a relaxed space to talk openly about death and dying over tea, coffee, and connection.

These gatherings are not therapy or grief support groups—they are open forums to share thoughts, stories, fears, hopes, and reflections on death. These conversations can help:
• Reduce fear and stigma around death
• Encourage life reflection and gratitude
• Build community and connection
• Support emotional and spiritual growth

All are welcome—no agenda, no judgment, just real conversations about a natural part of life.

In the spirit of celebrating Moms, Kristy will be open on Sunday (Mother’s Day) to hold an “Open House” style Book Nook workshop! Kids are welcome, so if you’d like to bring your mini helper to assist in your nook or bookshelf building, please do so! If you need a break and want some alone time, come on your own!

It's The Little Things Coffee Shop will be open for refreshments, and we will have other treats and goodies (mimosas) available too!
It will be set up as an 'Open House' style so you can come between 10 am - 1 pm and create until your heart is content!
